Our Livin Roofs are a perfect modern choice for upgrading an old glass or polycarbonate conservatory into an all-year-round living space. Inspired by traditional standing seamed lead and zinc roofing, the sleek aesthetics of the Livin Roof is bound to make a statement for years to come. Manufactured by Ultraframe, we are an Official Installer of the Ultraframe Roof Systems and have been working with Ultraframe to install ‘Livin Roofs’ for over 20 years.

Design
Powder Coated Finishes.
Our Livin Roofs are externally finished with aluminium panels and roof caps which are powder coated to a modern RAL 7016 ‘Urban Anthracite Grey’.
Cornice & Shrouds.
Our Livin Roofs can be specified to include a decorative aluminium Cornice or Shroud to conceal the plastic guttering.
Internal Pelmet.
Our Livin Roofs can include an Internal Pelmet which will be boarded & plastered to give you a more customisable space.
Electrical Works.
Our Livin Roofs can house a range of electrics; from L.E.D. downlights; pendant lights; and speakers.
Panels & Glazing.
Our Livin Roofs can be specified with a custom design of insulated panels and energy-efficient glazing to suit your space perfectly.

Energy-Efficient
Our Livin Roofs use a 25mm insulated external panel and 2 layers of solid PIR insulation to create a space usable all year round.
Finished Interior
Our Livin Roofs are finished internally with 12.5mm plasterboard and a plaster skim finish, so it can be painted just like a ‘proper’ room.
Lightweight.
Our Livin Roofs are designed to be incredible strong while being lightweight enough to be installed on almost any conservatory without additional support.
Sustainability.
Our Livin Roofs use profile optimisation processes to reduce waste and are made from a variety of recyclable materials.
