Our Timber-Alternative Doors come in 3 heavily curated ranges: The Residence 7; The Residence 2; and The Residence 9. This is known as: The Residence Collection. This specialist selection is designed to combine the traditional Timber Flush Door aesthetic with the energy-efficient and low-maintenance properties of PVCu. Whereas our Standard Doors come with 45° welded mitres, the Residence Collection use Timberweld® technology to form an authentic butt-joint finish just like timber.

Design
Flush Design.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors are fabricated with a specially designed ‘flush’ sash profile to closely mimic traditional timber joined windows.
Handles & Hardware.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors come furnished with secure, key-lockable window handles as well as options for traditional ‘butt hinges’.
Glass & Glazing.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors are glazed with energy-efficient Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) that are hand-manufactured and argon-filled.
Decorative Panels.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors can be glazed with a variety of plain, traditional, and modern colour-matched, reinforced door panels.
Foiled Finishes
Our Timber-Alternative Doors are available in authentic coloured, woodgrained & matte finishes using laminated Renolit foils.
Mechanical Joints.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors use Timberweld® technology to weld the unseen part of the profile for strength while keeping an external butt-joint finish to replicate traditionally joined timber.

Multi-Chambered.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors use multi-chambered PVCu profiles; the R7 contains 7 chambers, whereas the R² and R9 contain 9 chambers.
Security & Locking.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors are manufactured with strong, multi-point locks which contain bi-directional ‘hooks’; ‘roller cams’; ‘shootbolts’; and a deadbolt.
Threshold Options.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors come with a variety of thresholds: from ‘full frame’ thresholds to wheelchair accessible ‘part M’ ramped thresholds.
Maintenance.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors are designed with wipe-clean profiles and easy-to-lubricate mechanisms.
Sustainability.
Our Timber-Alternative Doors contain recycled material and, at end-of-life, can be 100% recycled into decking or new frames.

Our Residence 7 Doors can be specified with both ‘featured’ beading for traditional looks and ‘squared’ beading for sleek modern ones.

Our Residence 7 Doors utilise a 75mm deep outerframe which is the modern standard; perfect for installation into board & plaster reveals.
Squared Design.
Our Residence² Doors use strikingly square profiles and beading to create a modern timber-look door for the 21st Century.
Metallic Finishes.
Our Residence² Doors not only come in woodgrained & matte finishes, but special-order metallic-look ones too, including ‘Pyrite’ and ‘Bronze’.
Deep Profile.
Our Residence² Doors use 100mm deep outerframes which are perfect for replacing existing timber doors which are typically 95mm deep.

Our Residence 9 Doors are inspired by traditional timber profiles and use authentically deep & sculpted transoms, mullions & astragal bars.
Period Features.
Our Residence 9 Doors have beautifully crafted elements such as ‘drip bars’; ‘deep cills’; and ‘pilaster mouldings’ to replicate timber.
