Our Sash Windows come in 3 heavily curated ranges: The Charisma Rose, The Heritage Rose; and the Ultimate Rose. This is know as: The Rose Collection. Manufactured by Roseview Windows, we are an Official Installer of the ‘Rose Collection’ and have been working with Roseview to bring the traditional, British Sash Window into the 21st Century for over 15 years.

Design
Siding Sash.
Our Sash Windows use double-sprung ‘balances’ which are individually pre-tensioned to account for the exact size and weight of each glazed sash.
Handles & Hardware.
Our Sash Windows come furnished with secure, key-lockable claw catch locks as well as decorative pole eyes, sash lifts & tilt-knobs.
Glass & Glazing.
Our Sash Windows are glazed with energy-efficient Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) that are hand-manufacture at Roseview’s factory in Buckinghamshire.
Foiled Finishes
Our Sash Windows are available in authentic coloured and woodgrained finishes using laminated Renolit foils.
Sash Horns.
Our Sash Windows come with the option of having a proper ‘run-through’ sash horn detail just like classic timber sash windows have.
Technology
Multi-Chambered.
Our Sash Windows are manufactured with multi-chambered PVCu profile and 6 separate weather seals including Qlon and EPDM gaskets.
Security & Locking.
Our Sash Windows are manufactured with reinforced PVCu profiles and secured with quality tilt arms and shootbolts.
Nightvent Facility.
Our Sash Windows can come with Allen key-lockable ‘shark fin’ limit stops that allow sashes to be opened & locked at a pre-determined height.
Maintenance.
Our Sash Windows are designed with tilt-inward sashes; wipe-clean profiles and easy-to-lubricate mechanisms.
Sustainability.
Our Sash Windows contain recycled material and, at end-of-life, can be 100% recycled into decking or new frames.

Our Charisma Rose Windows are manufactured with strong, welded joints which create a sleek 45° joint that is easy to clean.
60mm Meeting Stile.
Our Charisma Rose Windows have a 60mm meeting stile (or midrail) that is mechanically joined to the sash profile.
Deep Bottom Rail.
Our Charisma Rose Windows come with a deep, welded ‘bottom rail’ to mimic traditional timber joined sash windows.
Welded Joints.
Our Heritage Rose Windows are manufactured with strong, welded joints which create a sleek 45° mitre that is easy to clean.
44mm Meeting Stile.
Our Heritage Rose Windows have a 44mm meeting stile (or midrail) that is mechanically joined to the sash profile.
Deep Bottom Rail.
Our Heritage Rose Windows come with a deep, mechanically-fixed ‘bottom rail’ to mimic traditional timber joined sash windows.
Mechanical Joints.
Our Ultimate Rose Windows are manufactured with strong, mechanical joints which create a authentic 90° butt-joined finish. No welds to be seen.
35 mm Meeting Stile.
Our Ultimate Rose Windows use Bond25 technology to create the slimmest PVCu sash ‘meeting rail’ on the market at only 35mm.
Deep Bottom Rail.
Our Ultimate Rose Windows come with a deep, mechanically-joined ‘bottom rail’ to replicated traditional timber sash window sightlines.
