Our Flat Roofs are a perfect choice for upgrading an old glass or polycarbonate conservatory into an all-year-round living space. The strong, lightweight structure allows for installation on most existing frames and walls without the need for additional support; while the timeless grey roof finish suits both modern and traditional properties. Manufactured by Ultraframe, we are an Official Installer of the Ultraframe Roof Systems and have been working with Ultraframe to install ‘Flat Roofs’ for over 20 years.

Design
Quality Finishes.
Our Flat Roofs are finished externally with either PVC Membrane, GRP, or Torch-on Felt depending on the situation & installation.
Standing Seam Finish.
Our Flat Roofs also have the option to be finished in a modern ‘standing seam’ finish using durable PVC single ply membranes to mimic traditional lead and zinc seamed roofs.
Cornice & Shrouds.
Our Flat Roofs can be specified to include a decorative aluminium Cornice or Shroud to conceal the plastic guttering.
Electrical Works.
Our Flat Roofs can house a range of electrics; from L.E.D. downlights; pendant lights; and speakers.
Roof Lights & Lanterns
Our Flat Roofs can be specified with Flat Roof Lights or Pitched Roof Lanterns to add style and increase light into your space.
Technology
Energy-Efficient
Our Flat Roofs use 172mm thick interlocking ‘Ultrapanels’ and mineral wood insulated eaves beams for ultimate thermal efficiency.
Finished Interior
Our Flat Roofs are finished internally with 12.5mm plasterboard and a plaster skim finish, so it can be painted just like a ‘proper’ room.

Our Flat Roofs are designed to be incredible strong while being lightweight enough to be installed on almost any conservatory without additional support.
